January 2020: Tips, eNews & More!

Happy New Year!

Goodbye 2019 and hello 2020! Not only does 2020 mark the start of a new year but also a new decade. Are you excited for this fresh start?

Do you have any New Year's resolutions? If you aren't sure what you want to achieve, start with making small goals. It's a common misconception that setting massive or life changing goals for the year (although you can if you want!) is the way to go. Let's be honest, it takes time to make significant changes in your life. Reaching small goals either by yourself or with a partner can be even more rewarding.

To start, try setting a goal to better care for your oral health. One way to achieve this is by booking an appointment with us so we can make sure you're on track. We enjoyed serving you in 2019 and look forward to seeing you in 2020!

Wishing you a wonderful kick start to the New Year!

Alcohol and Your Oral Health

During the holiday season, most enjoy partaking in social festivities, which could often involve drinking. Whether it's cocktails on a night out with friends or a glass of wine over a home-cooked meal with family, we sometimes tend to consume more alcohol during this time. As fun as it may be, it is safe to say that we start to feel its impact once January rolls around.
